Terms of Use

1. What Enough is — and isn't

Enough is a self-control tool that helps you limit your own use of apps and websites using Apple's Screen Time technology, optionally based on schedules, locations, or driving detection.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the app, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• Some features of Enough require a paid subscription ("Enough Pro"). Current options, prices, and any free-trial terms are displayed in the app before you purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account through the App Store when you confirm the purchase. We never receive or store your payment details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Unless otherwise stated, a free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store terms. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Prices may change. Where required by law, Apple will notify you and seek your consent before a price change takes effect on your renewal.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app in any way that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, or attempts to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the app or Apple's services. You may only configure blocking on devices you own or are legally authorized to manage.

5. Intellectual property

The app, including its design, text, graphics, branding, and code, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. Apple, the App Store, Siri, and Screen Time are trademarks of Apple Inc.

6. Privacy

Enough does not collect your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Changes to the app and these Terms

We may update, change, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms; if we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual-property provisions — survive termination.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that blocking will function in all circumstances. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the app — including any failure of blocking, scheduling, geofencing, or driving detection. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Apple-specific terms

These Terms are an agreement between you and us only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product-liability claims, legal-compliance claims, or intellectual-property infringement claims.

In the event the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable in your country of residence remain unaffected.
