Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in two taps from Settings or the App Store. We'll send a reminder before your trial ends so you're never surprised by a charge.
What happens to my blocks if I downgrade?
Nothing breaks. Your existing blocks keep working until your billing period ends. After that, anything beyond the Free limits is paused — not deleted. Upgrade again and it all comes back.
Does Complete work on iPad?
Your subscription works on every iOS and iPadOS device signed in to the same Apple ID. One purchase, every device you own.
Is my location data private?
Location stays on your device. We can't see it, we don't store it, we don't sell it. The app uses Apple's on-device geofencing — your places never reach our servers.
Does the free trial require a card?
The 7-day Complete trial uses Apple's standard subscription flow, so a payment method on your Apple ID is required. You won't be charged until day 7 and we'll remind you on day 5.
Why is there a Founder plan?
Most apps want as many trialists as they can get. We'd rather have 42 believers who fund the next year of building. Founder revenue goes directly into the things subscription pricing can't justify on day one: independent privacy review, faster on-device models, and the small features that don't appear on a landing page but make the product feel calm. When the 42 spots are claimed, the offer is gone. Public launch pricing will be higher and subscription-only.
