About

About enough.

What it is

An iOS app that blocks distracting apps automatically, based on where you are, when it is, and whether you're driving. Set it once. No willpower required, no decisions in the moment.

Why we made it

Because the phone keeps winning, and the people we care about keep losing. We built enough for parents, partners, and anyone who'd rather be present than scrolling. A system that handles the hard moment for you, so you don't have to.

The Team

Meet the founders.

Andrew Williams

Andrew Williams

Co-founder

Andrew spent years watching good intentions lose to the nearest distraction, in his own life and in the people around him. He wanted a product that removed the moment of decision entirely: not a reminder to put the phone down, but a system that made the right thing automatic.

Daniel James

Daniel James

Co-founder

Daniel built the native iOS layer that makes automatic blocking possible, using Apple's own frameworks to detect location, time, and driving context without sending any data off your device. Privacy-first from the architecture up.

Our Story

It started with a YouTube comment.

Sometimes the right people meet, at the right time, for the right reasons. This is one of those stories.

Andrew had spent years in advertising, helping brands compete for the one thing he was growing to resent: your attention. Every campaign, every strategy, every dollar spent was designed to pull people deeper into their screens. He started Heyday, a product studio in Toronto focused on helping people thrive in a world designed to distract them. He was asking the question: what if you built something that gave that attention back?

Thousands of miles south outside Austin, a senior mobile engineer named Daniel had just been laid off thanks to “AI-related cuts.” He was sick of how major corporations treated employees and users, and wanted to finally break out on his own. He was done with companies that treated developers as replaceable. His mission? Build an app a week until something stuck.

One day, Andrew was watching a Starter Story podcast when he noticed a comment that stopped him mid-scroll.
